General Shipping

  • We are able to ship globally with a few exceptions. Please see below for a full list of countries we do not ship to. 
  • Orders ship Monday through Friday.
  • Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on order weight, shipping service selected, and shipping location.
  • Customers shall pay for all duties and taxes on or prior to delivery which will come from the delivery carrier or the customs authority of the destination country.
  • Duty and tax rates may vary by country and are not included in the checkout price.
  • For in-stock items, please allow 3-5 business days for order processing before they ship.
  • For presale items, please allow 6-8 weeks (possibly sooner) for order processing before they ship.
  • We will work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please note that our shipping lead times are all estimations and we cannot guarantee an order to arrive by a specific time. We encourage you to ship all items to a permanent address in order to ensure successful delivery.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping, if deemed necessary, this may be through a shipping broker. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address. International customers are responsible for all duties, customs, and VAT tax on or prior to delivery. Please note that duties and taxes are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are calculated and collected separately by your country’s customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery. Duty and tax rates may vary by country. Please note that we are not able to accept any returns or exchanges at this time so please enter your information carefully.

Shipping Multiple Orders

Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined and will ship separately. 

Shipping to Multiple Locations

We are not able to split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, please place a separate order for each shipping address. 

Address Changes

We are unable to change or update a shipping address once an order has been placed. Please be sure to check your shipping details prior to submitting your order. 

APO/FPO Shipping

We are able to ship our products to U.S. Military APO/FPO addresses. When completing your shipping address during checkout, please make note of the following:

  • The City must be entered as either APO or FPO
  • The State must be selected as either ‘AA’, ‘AE’, or ‘AP’
  • The Country must be United States
  • You must enter your Zip Code
  • Always remember to enter your full name, grade, and PSC or unit number

Please note: Orders shipped to an APO/FPO address take longer to be delivered.

Our customer service team is available Monday through Friday 10:00am – 5:00pm PST. If you send an email over the weekend, our customer service team will contact you the next business day. 



Return Policy

Due to the nature of the limited time and limited edition sale, all sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or modifications to your order will be allowed. Please double check your order before placing it to ensure that everything is correct.

Assuming the desired change is applicable, for customer service, please email your order number and query through our Contact page. 

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided to us at check out (E.g. shipping address, customer information, credit card information etc). We are not responsible for rejected orders due to improper information. Refused packages will be considered forfeited and are not eligible for refund or credit. 

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Customers are responsible for paying additional shipping and handling fees to have the order re-shipped, if available. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. Please contact Customer Service with any questions regarding carrier claims. 

Returns, refunds and/or cancellations are not currently allowed for online purchases. For damaged, missing or incorrect items, please follow the instructions in the “Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items” section below.

Exchanges

Due to the nature of the limited time and limited edition sale, all sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or modifications to your order will be allowed. Please double check your order before placing it to ensure that everything is correct.

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely chance that your order was shipped incorrectly, please do not use the items until a claim can be submitted.

If the packaging appears opened or damaged upon receiving your order, please notify the customer service team immediately by reaching out through our Contact Page. Before reaching out, please:

  • Check the contents of your package and verify that you received what was ordered against the confirmation email
  • Retain all packaging materials if items are missing
  • Take pictures of the incorrect items to provide to the customer service team
