Shipping

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

If your order is shipping within the US, keep an eye out for your order 3-5 business days after you receive your shipping confirmation email. For international orders, most orders arrive 14-20 business days after they ship depending on the shipping destination.

Most orders for in-stock items take 1-2 business days to process before shipping.

Pre-sale items may take about 6-8 weeks before your order is ready to ship.

What are the shipping charges?

Do you ship internationally?

How can I track my order?

Pre-order items are made to order and take about 6-8 weeks before your order is ready to ship. Tracking information will be received once your items ship.

When your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation please check your spam folder. If you still can't find it, please reach out to us through our Contact page and we'll be glad to help.

Can I return or exchange my items?

Due to the nature of the limited time and limited edition sale, all sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or modifications to your order will be allowed. Please double check your order before placing it to ensure that everything is correct.

My order arrived damaged. How can I receive a refund or replacement?
